finance, accounting, or any hard science will leave you the most helpful road to get a job when you get out of law school. Policital science, or criminal justice may make it easier when you first get to law school.

I am currently an undergraduate student, and I plan to go to law school after I graduate. For a very long time I have been researching on potential fields of the law that I would like to get into. I have yet to find information that can help me come to a decision on which field I'd like to get into. I would really appreciate if anyone can offer some details and information on the different areas.

There are many many areas of law you can go into but here are a few of the bigger ones:
Business Law–you counsel businesses on taxes, purchases, etc (this includes real estate law, construction law, etc)
Estate Law–this is basically retirement/will planning
Litigation–these are the lawyers who do the actual arguing in court
Intellectual Property Law–this is patent law, licensing of people's ideas (this includes Entertainment Law)
Family Law–these lawyers handle divorce cases and other family issues

I think schools should lower tech restrictions like website blockers and allowing things like ipods and PSPs. Im writing an essay on this because Im tired of sites that shouldnt be blocked and not being able to do anything when done with work. The only thing I think they should block on the web is pronagrapghy seeing as how there is a law against minors view it.
I need links to sites about whether or not schools should allow mostly free internet surfing and sites on whether or not they should allow teachers to dicide on whether the students can use hand held devices like ipods. I would also like it if you posted your opinions as well.

Myspace should definitely be blocked because not all teenagers are responsible and puts out way too much information about themselves and end up meeting people who are not very virtuous.
